Crystabel Torres is an Administrative Assistant and Client Associate at The IFP Group, Inc., where she helps support daily operations involving wealth management and group insurance. She assists with client communication, plan renewals, onboarding paperwork, account servicing, and administrative tasks while continuing to gain more hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
Through working closely with advisors and clients, Crystabel has developed a strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, and the relationship side of the business. She especially enjoys learning more about how strong client relationships, organization, and communication all play a role in helping people feel more financially secure and confident about their future.
She is currently pursuing her Associate of Science in Business Administration at County College of Morris and plans to continue her education in finance while working toward becoming a CFP® professional in the future. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Crystabel values creating a welcoming and positive experience for clients while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends!
